The Role
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Internal Talent Advisor. As the sole recruiter, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, attracting, engaging, sourcing, screening, and hiring a range of roles while working collaboratively with hiring managers. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to support high-volume recruitment and new contract mobilisation.
Responsibilities will include
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles to coordinating interviews and finalising offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing advice and working collaboratively with agencies to support recruitment needs.
• Analyse recruitment data and KPIs to drive improvements, inform decisions, and manage recruitment activity on Indeed.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and help develop and deliver inclusive recruitment training to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout their career journeys.
• Identify and attract talent using a range of channels, including government websites, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Create and publish engaging job advertisements and maintain up-to-date website content.
• Manage recruitment administration activities, including following up on leads, enquiries, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and data protection requirements.
• Monitor, update, and provide regular updates on people metrics.
• Provide support in the implementation of key projects and initiatives.
• Ensure continuing self-development by seeking opportunities to increase job knowledge and skills.
• Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
The Person
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, discreet, and possesses strong communication and IT skills.
• Recruitment experience is essential; in-house experience is desirable.
• Strong confidentiality handling skills and confident IT ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with flexibility and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in regulated environments such as adult social care or housing is desirable.

The Hours:
Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week 9am – 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
The Salary:
£28,000
